The salon is super clean and new, and Mai makes sure everything is sanitized and ready for your use. She is very meticulous about the initial shape of your brows and will make as many changes as you need until you are satisfied with the outline. She takes her time to ensure you are comfortable with the entire process. My brows look much more fuller and natural now, thanks to Mai!
